When a GOLD MEMBER makes a purchase (using legal currency, such as USD) from a VENDOR listed on a BUSINESS BOARD in the Internet Catalogue Club, in addition to the item purchased, the GOLD MEMBER can request that CHIPS equal in number to 50% of the USD value of the purchase be registered in the GOLD MEMBER'S ACCOUNT.
The Sponsor of this new ICC MEMBERSHIP will be the same as the Sponsor of the Silver ICC MEMBERSHIP making the acquisition.
When a PLATINUM MEMBER makes a purchase (using legal currency, such as USD) from a VENDOR listed on a BUSINESS BOARD in the Internet Catalogue Club, in addition to the item purchased, the PLATINUM MEMBER can request that CHIPS equal in number to 100% of the USD value of the purchase be registered in the PLATINUM MEMBER'S ACCOUNT.
