MILLENIUM ES CORP (“MCORP”) offers FREE CLEAN ENERGY to be funded by THE BLUE MILLENIUM FOUNDATION (“THE FOUNDATION”).
Nuclear, coal, oil, natural gas, bio fuel, and hydro energy systems all create problems; but it is not reasonable to expect that they will be replaced overnight with other forms of energy.
For nuclear, coal, oil, natural gas, bio fuel, and/or hydro energy facility owners, the “good news” is THE FOUNDATION offers free funding for environmental impact minimization upgrades.
For wind, solar, geothermal, hydro, or hydrogen energy facility owners, the “good news” is THE FOUNDATION offers free funding for upgrades for environmentally friendly efficiency.
For new energy projects, the “good news” is THE FOUNDATION offers free funding for new energy production facilities designed for minimal environmental impact.
And, for customers using energy from facilities that take advantage of the FREE CLEAN ENERGY offer, the good news is THE FOUNDATION offers free funding to pay for energy they use!
FREE CLEAN ENERGY FUNDING & VOUCHER REFUND EXPLAINED
Any energy project can be funded 100% as long as it includes application of technology approved by THE FOUNDATION to assure minimum environmental impact.
PROJECT PROPONENTS
Any entity or person proposing a free clean energy project MUST be registered in a POSITION on a “PROJECT PLACE” within www.chips-corner.com
PROJECT FUNDING PROTOCOL
A Project Proponent can arrange for up to $100 Million USD to be made available to pay MCORP for a clean energy project to be funded by presenting a FCE PROJECT REGISTRATION VOUCHER to THE FOUNDATION.
Any size and value project may be undertaken by presenting to THE FOUNDATION as many VOUCHERS as may be required to provide approved payments related to the project.
For each VOUCHER presented by a Project Proponent, THE FOUNDATION will undertake the issue of a REVENUE SHARING OBLIGATION SERIES A GOLD BOND with a face value of $100 Million USD:
RSO SERIES A GOLD BONDS are as described in this store.
The BONDS will be issued and made available through a brokerage firm or investment bank selected by THE FOUNDATION.
MCORP will use self-liquidating ZCASH CREDIT through www.chips-corner.com to obtain $110 Million USD to acquire each $100 Million USD RSO SERIES A GOLD BOND thus issued by THE FOUNDATION.
The $110 Million USD to be obtained using ZCASH will be negotiated using:
1) 440 Million USD worth of BVK (the national currency of Bougainville, valued at 4 BVK per 1 USD) that will be deposited, as per this transaction, in the International Bank of Meekamui (see www.ibom.biz).
2) $100 Billion USD in value of gold production in the USA that has been pre-purchased, fully paid for, and that has been allocated as an endowment to THE FOUNDATION.
3) The services of a Wealth Management Group registered in the FINANCIAL ROW of the COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE KIOSK (“CEK”) of the website www.chips-corner.com and jointly selected by:
A) MCORP.
B) The CENTER associated with the project.
C) The Project Proponent that acquired the FCE PROJECT REGISTRATION VOUCHER.
D) THE FOUNDATION; with THE FOUNDATION having veto rights over any selection.
MCORP will contract with a selected energy management firm (“SEM”) to accomplish clean energy projects worldwide and will pay SEM by transferring RSO BONDS acquired for this purpose to SEM.
For each BOND transferred to SEM, SEM will immediately allocate funds, which are already on deposit and available to SEM, to the project for which the BOND was issued.
As often as may be necessary to negotiate with suppliers or others, SEM will be able to provide notarized account statements as proof that it has sufficient available funds on deposit to accomplish any size project.
SEM will expect to recover funds SEM uses for a project, and obtain continual income thereafter, by leveraging RSO BOND value and through income from each RSO BOND thus provided to SEM.
Continued income from BONDS, after full project payment has been made, will be retained as profit by SEM.
HELP FOR PROJECT PROPONENTS
If a Project Proponent cannot muster funds for payments required to obtain the VOUCHERS necessary for the above process, arrangements may be made through an ICIB WORK CENTER to pay through work assignments.
If a Project Proponent is not working with a WORK CENTER, one can be assigned by sending a request to centerassign@change2100.com.
PROJECT SUPPLIERS
Suppliers that a Project Proponent may wish to be engaged in a project MUST offer their products, services, etc. through STORE 2, established for SEM in the “e-Catalogue ELEMENT” of http://nexdaysunrise.com/bcbg/
Arrangements for a supplier to be represented in STORE 2 are private between SEM and the supplier, but must include a negotiated presence for the supplier within www.chips-corner.com.
That “presence” MUST include registration in a POSITION on a “SUPPLIER PLACE” dedicated to a project, for each project to be supplied.
It also MUST include registration in a POSITION on a “SHOWCASE PLACE” or on a “LINK TO WEBSITE PLACE”.
Current suppliers may be reviewed by visiting GIDEON'S GATE.
PROJECT OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION
Each completed stage of a project will be owned by a surrogate designated by MCORP.
The surrogate will be a new legal entity (“NLE”) established by the Project Proponent within the jurisdiction where the project shall be located.
The NLE shall establish a new legal entity within a jurisdiction selected by MCORP to function as a Special Purpose Vehicle (“SPV”) and contract with MCORP.
To obtain project ownership, the SPV will use self-liquidating ZCASH CREDIT through www.chips-corner.com to acquire project phases from MCORP prior to execution of the project, and provide that ownership to the NLE.
As part of the contract, MCORP shall have “First Right of Refusal” to acquire from the SPV or from subsequent owners (including the NLE) any or all production and/or benefits of or related to the project at fair market value.
The NLE, as per contract with the SPV, will operate the project; the NLE contract and a contract between the SPV and MCORP shall mutually include each other by reference thereto.
Prior to the purchase of a VOUCHER, the NLE contract with the SPV and the SPV contract with MCORP should be customized by the contracting parties’ respective Attorneys and approved by THE FOUNDATION.
In the event the NLE chooses to sell the project, MCORP shall have “First Right of Refusal” to acquire the project and assign it to another NLE/SPV set.
In the event the NLE does not properly operate the project, MCORP shall have the right to acquire the project at fair market value from the NLE and to provide it to another NLE/SPV set.
In the event that MCORP should determine the project is not properly operated, but the NLE or SPV disagrees, the matter shall be arbitrated as per the laws, rules, and regulations for arbitration within the jurisdiction of the project.
The same will apply if there is a dispute as to fair market value.
