With pre-approval by an ICIB Work Center, and the Center's coordination with NDSI/MCORP, this item may be acquired with 50 TICKETS USD and:
1. 750 ZCASH or
2. 1500 CHIPS or
3. 6,000 BVK
Without pre-approval by an ICIB Work Center being required, this item may also be acquired for $2,000 USD (which would include the 50 TICKETS USD).
When a set of 400 UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (UAWS, see GIDEON’S GATE Portal of www.chips-corner.com) acquisitions has been completed, the UAWS Vendor authorizes a “DISPLAY SHIRT” to be sold.
One or more “DISPLAY SHIRTS” may be acquired here, by a business (EMPLOYER) that provides employment to one or more physical persons and/or companies, and each “DISPLAY SHIRT” serves as a “CONTRACT ME” VOUCHER.
The first “CONTRACT ME” VOUCHER (“CMV”) acquired will provide registration for a BUYER (or for a company that the BUYER may designate) in the ENDORSEMENTS PORTAL of www.chips-corner.com.
For this registration, the company name along with an email address and/or a web site should be sent to registration@change2100.com.
For each CMV acquired, an EMPLOYER is authorized to publish the advertisements posted in the website shown on the “DISPLAY SHIRT” by “pasting” these on other Internet Sites.
For engaging in publishing the entire set of 400 advertisements:
An EMPLOYER can receive a BVK grant from THE BLUE MILLENIUM FOUNDATION equal in value to $100,000 USD.
This grant is provided by THE FOUNDATION in recognition of the EMPLOYER supporting commerce through advertising for other businesses.
One half of the grant MUST be used by the EMPLOYER to pay or to offset payment of salaries and benefits for employees and/or for contracted firms and/or persons:
Working for the EMPLOYER or for other firms/entities that the EMPLOYER may select to benefit.
As a no-cost, added value benefit, an EMPLOYER acquiring a CMV is authorized to use self-liquidating ZCASH CREDIT, equal in value to $100,000 USD:
To have MILLENIUM ES CORP (“MCORP”) do the work of advertising publication on behalf of the EMPLOYER.
An ICIB WORK CENTER can explain how to do this.

If MCORP is used, the EMPLOYER can accrue 100,000 CHIPS and these may be used through the CHIPS CORNER Portal of www.chips-corner.com to acquire:
Any legitimate items sold by any legitimate Vendor in the world, including (through SERVICESORDERS and SERVICESVOUCHERS) additional CMV.
PAY WITH WORK INSTEAD OF FUNDS
PAYMENTS FOR EACH CMV MAY BE PROVIDED THROUGH COMPLETION OF WORK TASKS ASSIGNED BY A CENTER WHEREBY $2,000 USD EARNED INCOME PRODUCED CAN BE ASSIGNED AS CMV PAYMENT
