PAYING OFF DEBT
Contracted debt in any currency may be satisfied by obtaining commercial profits in any other currency and exchanging the available currency to the debt contract currency.
A COMMERCIAL PROCESS TO PAY OFF DEBT CONTRACTS
A party owing a debt may, through an ICIB WORK CENTER, at no cost, become a Member of the BUSINESS CANNONS BUSINESS GROUP.
A BCBG Member may negotiate for a CENTER to approve use by that Member of self-liquidating ZCASH CREDIT through the TREASURE CHEST Portal of:

ZCASH acquired through ZCASH CREDIT may be used through the ZCASH LOCKER Portal of www.chips-corner.com to acquire SERVICE VOUCHERS and SERVICE ORDERS:
Search using “servicesvoucher” or “servicesorder”.
The service ordered could be the full payment of a debt contract.
By using ZCASH CREDIT to obtain ZCASH, CHIPS of equal value would be registered, but must be used to acquire UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES through:

When the ZCASH is used to acquire SERVICE VOUCHERS and SERVICE ORDERS, another set of CHIPS of equal value would be registered.
These later CHIPS may be used to acquire any legitimate item sold by any Vendor on the planet, through the CHIPS CORNER Portal of www.chips-corner.com
The buying power offered by these CHIPS can provide a no-cost bonus to the Member eliminating debt through this procedure!
The Vendor of the SERVICE VOUCHERS and SERVICE ORDERS could take ZCASH received as payment to the COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE KIOSK (“CEK”) of:

Through the CEK, the Vendor could exchange the ZCASH for an equal value UAPN/IBOE set:

The debt contract holder may wisely accept the UAPN/IBOE as full payment:
1) These may be exchanged for ZCASH, with registration CHIPS because of acquisition and use, multiplying buying power by a factor of 3, through:

2) Or, the UAPN/IBOE may be deposited as Documentary Funds with the International Bank of Meekamui (“IBOM”, see www.ibom.biz):
A) The deposit would be in BVK of equal value (4 BVK per 1 USD), which is the national currency of Bougainville.
B) The BVK deposited may be used to engage in any business allowed by the bank (IBOM).
C) Or, the BVK deposited may be:
a) Exchanged for TICKETS-BVK (1 TICKET per 10 BVK), through the TREASURE CHEST Portal of www.chips-corner.com
b) The TICKETS acquired may be exchanged for ZCASH (1 TICKET per 5 ZCASH), also through the TREASURE CHEST Portal of www.chips-corner.com
c) The ZCASH may be used to acquire any legitimate item sold by any vendor on the planet, through the ZCASH LOCKER Portal of www.chips-corner.com
d) When acquiring the ZCASH and using it, a total of twice the value in CHIPS would be registered.
e) CHIPS registered may be used to acquire any legitimate item sold by any vendor on the planet, through the CHIPS CORNER Portal of www.chips-corner.com
f) With the above steps providing a 12 to 1 factor in increased buying power of BVK.
Otherwise, the Vendor could exchange the UAPN/IBOE for BVK (national currency of Bougainville) deposited with the International Bank of Meekamui (“IBOM”, see www.ibom.biz)
The debt contract holder may still then accept the BVK deposited as payment and use it as indicated above.
Or, the debt contract holder might insist on receiving payment in a currency other than BVK.
In this event:
1) The SERVICES VOUCHER and SERVICES ORDER Vendor may negotiate with IBOM to exchange the BVK for funds in the currency desired by the debt holder.
2) Or, the Vendor may negotiate to use FOUNDATION GOLD to obtain funds in the desired currency:

The process indicated above, beginning with self-liquidating ZCASH CREDIT, can provide full payment of debt for a Member that undertakes its execution.
However, if a Member is under time constraints to meet the requirements of a debt contract and the debt contract holder is not willing to cooperate there are several important points to consider.
The first point is a matter of law.
If a debt contract requires payment in “U.S. Dollars” or in “Lawful currency of the United States of America”:
Acceptance of UAPN/IBOE, BVK, or exchange contracts, might legally be enforced.
Have an attorney check it out: a debt contract subject to USA law that does not specify the mode of payment may be made with “money, a check, a bill, or anything of value”:

The second point is a matter of economic practicality.
If a recalcitrant creditor cannot be satisfied and insists on penalizing the debtor and if the law cannot be used to stop the matter, a Member debtor may nevertheless economically benefit!
The reason is because a Member that is exercising the debt relief as discussed herein may, in the event of being penalized, also exercise NEWS YOU CAN USE 7070 (see www.zcash.org)
That can provide full economic loss recovery.
Thus, the debt relief funds, once generated, could become equal value profit for the Member (they would no longer have to be paid to the contract holder)!
GETTING STARTED
There is no charge or cost involved in executing this DEBT RELIEF Protocol.
But, there is a work requirement.
A BCBG Member must help a WORK CENTER promote the purchase (by others) of “CONTRACT ME” VOUCHERS equal in value to 150% of the amount of debt relief sought.
In urgent situations, a CENTER might allow a Member to begin the DEBT RELIEF protocol with a very small fraction of the above requirement completed.
But, that would require a commitment of 300% instead of 150%.
