REAL ESTATE ADDENDUM 1

 BUYER submits herewith as full payment for settlement UNIFORM ADVERTISING PROMISSORY NOTE [identification] and INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE [identification], copies of which are attached hereto and made part hereof by this reference thereto by the parties hereto.

 

SELLER hereby accepts as full payment for settlement UNIFORM ADVERTISING PROMISSORY NOTE [identification] and INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE [identification].

 

SELLER shall contract, as per the attached DISCOUNT AGREEMENT, which is made part hereof by this reference thereto by the parties hereto, to discount UNIFORM ADVERTISING PROMISSORY NOTE [identification] and INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE [identification].

 

[Within 10 business days (or as otherwise may be negotiated) from the effective date of this agreement SELLER shall provide BUYER possession of the property stipulated in this agreement and will change any existing contracts with tenants so that the BUYER will be the landlord and, as such, be entitled to all payments by tenants.]

 

Closing shall take place within 30 days of SELLER receiving full funds as per the DISCOUNT AGREEMENT.

 

BUYER and SELLER shall cooperate in any reasonable, legal, profitable, non-risk manner requested by the firm that contracts through the DISCOUNT AGREEMENT to discount UNIFORM ADVERTISING PROMISSORY NOTE [identification] and INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE [identification] so as to expedite said discounting and hereby agree and accept that timing of said discounting depends on their cooperation as well as on market conditions for the processing of the PAYMENT PROTOCOL of INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE [identification]
