ZCASH LOCKER

ZCASH are electronic tokens used for exchanges through the ZCASH LOCKER and through the TREASURE CHEST.

In the ZCASH LOCKER all items are priced in ZCASH.

A Member may acquire ZCASH through the TREASURE CHEST.

A Member engaging in business, external to www.chips-corner.com, may also negotiate to have ZCASH allocated (to the Member) by another Member.

All TREASURE CHEST and ZCASH LOCKER Vendors accept ZCASH as payment for items ordered.

Vendors may convert ZCASH into currency desired by using the services of the COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE KIOSK (“CEK”).

Use of the CEK requires the allocation by the Vendor of one IBOEVOUCHER to CEK.

Members using the ZCASH LOCKER are responsible for negotiating the obtaining and allocation of IBOEVOUCHERS with Vendors so that CEK services may be used.

When ZCASH is used through the ZCASH LOCKER the Club can register CHIPS equal in number to twice the number of ZCASH used.

When using the TREASURE CHEST, the Club can register CHIPS equal in number to twice the USD value because of ZCASH automatically be part of the transaction.

Delivery of items ordered shall be per each Vendor’s policy; but, if no policy is stated, delivery should not be expected prior to CEK service completion. 

That is, with the exception that, in the event a Vendor uses ZCASH received with an order to acquire other items, that Vendor should make every effort to promptly deliver as per the order.

When acquiring items through the ZCASH LOCKER, 40 TICKETS must be allocated per order.

TICKETS must be pre-acquired through the TREASURE CHEST.
