- Note that, although the company in Delaware ceased operations and although the principal (Dr. Rocco Guarnaccia) is deceased, prior to these circumstances the outstanding shares of the company were purchased from Dr. Guarnaccia and later ceded by the purchaser to TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC; and, IEC is actively pursuing and ready to fund the implementation of the underlying technology by any party that may wish to do so.
