The recent shift by some jurisdictions towards general acceptance of Digital Currency as legal tender is leading other jurisdictions to look for ways to impose rules and regulations that will inhibit business.
Therefore, as of this publication the INTERNET CATALOGUE CLUB reminds all Members that the CLUB is a social network and that ZCASH and CHIPS are available for use only by consenting Members engaging in business with each other.
Also, recognizing that it would be impossible for the CLUB to comply with what could become a kaleidoscope of ever changing rules in jurisdictions that choose to impose such, the CLUB reminds everyone that the only entity that can acquire items offered within www.chips-corner.com, including ZCASH and CHIPS, is the firm ICIB, which is an "IBC".
All other Members engage in CLUB related acquisitions only by acquiring CHIPS offered by ICIB, thereafter acting as agents for ICIB to acquire items through www.chips-corner.com, and thereafter transferring CHIPS to ICIB to acquire items owned by ICIB from ICIB.
In short, no vendor offering products and services through www.chips-corner.com, including the CLUB, accepts funds of any nature from any party other than ICIB.
This measure was put in place many years ago precisely to protect international vendors from having to worry about laws in jurisdictions that Members may be subject to.
However, the novel acceptance of Digital Currency as legal tender and assured wave of regulations that are already being planned, for example, in New York, USA, could become problematic for ICIB.
To avoid this, as of this publication, a Member choosing to do business related to www.chips-corner.com is hereby and herewith reminded that ICIB only does business as per the laws of its jurisdiction.
However, some jurisdictions, such as Honduras, reportedly require all business executed by their citizens and corporations to be subject to Honduras law.
Therefore, to further protect international vendors and ICIB, as of this publication ICIB requires all Members to accept this GENERAL NOTICE as a term and condition of doing business with ICIB.
Thus, as per this GENERAL NOTICE, any fees, penalties, fines, taxes, or licensing requirements, levied or placed by a government of any jurisdiction, on a Member or attempted to be levied or placed on ICIB, related to business a Member does with ICIB, are the sole responsibility of and must be conformed with and paid by the Member engaging in said business.
However, all Members are encouraged to follow the protocol of TAX SOLUTION published in the red column of entries in www.chips- corner.com
Additionally, if Members find rules, regulations, licensing requirements, taxes, etc., as imposed by a government in a jurisdiction to be a problem, they are encouraged to seek legal advice so as to structure "Special Purpose Vehicles" as allowed by law that may be advantageous for them to use when doing business with ICIB.
In fact, in the event a problem related to a jurisdiction occurs, ICIB may unilaterally close down business related to Members in that jurisdiction other than as they may arrange through Special Purpose Vehicles acceptable to ICIB

Only users that may legally do business with an International Business Corporation of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas (should be checked with local jurisdictional authorities) are authorized to use the TREASURE CHEST PROCUREMENT PLATFORM and each user assumes full and sole responsibility for any violation of local jurisdictional laws or restrictions, which that user may incur, which includes but is not limited to any sales taxes and/or other taxes that the user may become responsible for because of acquisitions using this site.
Individual SUPPLIERS are responsible for the shipment and condition of all products and/or performance of services. Customer service matters should be addressed to the respective SUPPLIERS.

2) FUNDS USED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN IF AN ITEM ORDERED IS NOT DELIVERED.
3) UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED, THE ONLY FINANCIAL WARRANTY RELATED TO TREASURE CHEST PROCUREMENT PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS IS THAT THE INTERNET CATALOGUE CLUB MAY PROVIDE CHIPS SAVINGS POINTS EQUAL IN NUMBER TO AN EXPECTED VALUE IN A REQUESTED CURRENCY IF THERE IS A DEFAULT BY A PARTY TO A TRANSACTION.
4) CHIPS MAY BE EXCHANGED THROUGH A CLUB METHODOLOGY THAT MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FUNDS SO AS TO OBTAIN AN EXCHANGE FOR ITEMS OR FOR CURRENCY REQUESTED.
5) CHIPS MIGHT BE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER MEMBERS IN EXCHANGE FOR THEM PROVIDING A NEGOTIATED PAYMENT.
6) OTHER THAN WITHIN THE CLUB, CHIPS HAVE NO INTRINSIC VALUE OR MONETARY VALUE.
7) PROCEDURES AS STATED IN NEWS YOU CAN USE 7007 SHALL BE FOLLOWED FOR ALL ACQUISITIONS USING THE TREASURE CHEST PROCUREMENT PLATFORM.
8) ALL TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THE TREASURE CHEST PROCUREMENT PLATFORM ARE SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL BY PLATFORM MANAGERS, WITHOUT OTHER RECOURSE.
9) PROCEDURES AS STATED IN NEWS YOU CAN USE 7053 AND NEWS YOU CAN USE 8900 (IN WWW.ZCASH.ORG) SHALL BE FOLLOWED FOR ALL ACQUISITIONS THAT ARE MADE USING THE TREASURE CHEST PROCUREMENT PLATFORM.
