When acquiring items through the Commercial Exchange Kiosk, 40 TICKETS must be allocated per order as well as one IBOEVOUCHER.
TICKETS and IBOEVOUCHERS must be pre-acquired through the TREASURE CHEST.
This service is available only to Vendors as listed within the Internet site http://www.chips-corner.com and to Members of the Internet Catalogue Club exercising protocol NEWS7070 (“Unfulfilled Expectations”).
All persons or entities applying must be pre-approved by an ICIB Work Center.
