“LHP” is an acronym for “Low cost High value Product”.

The concept of LHP was first introduced at a one week seminar in Houston, Texas, USA, in August of 1995.

The concept was that, if someone purchased any item and also purchased LHP at a wholesale price, the LHP could be left on consignment to be resold at retail, with the expectation that the retail sale of LHP could provide full recovery of the cost of the item as well as the wholesale cost of LHP.

At that time, the product that was selected to be used as LHP were sets of TOTALSOFT business software.

Later, the INTERNET CATALOGUE CLUB was established in 1996 and the concept of ZCASH electronic tokens began to displace the use of TOTALSOFT as LHP, although TOTALSOFT continued to be used to set up business outlets related to the CLUB by implementation of computer systems that would have that software.

But, by 2005, because of the success enjoyed by implementing business using ZCASH and CHIPS (introduced in 1999), TOTALSOFT packages were placed into storage, along with many copies of video tapes of the seminar through which the concept of LHP was introduced.

However, recently, U.S. Federal Court rulings in Houston, Texas, and legislation introduced by California and Massachusetts, have made it clear that ZCASH and CHIPS qualify as “digital currency”; and, as such, now constitute USD lawful USA currency.

Because currency operations differ from commercial trade, there may be instances wherein the use of ZCASH and CHIPS directly may cause transactions to run afoul of securities regulations.

Thus, the time has come to reintroduce the use of LHP and to expand it to include TOTALSOFT, LHP VIDEOS, and many other products.

It should be underscored that it is up to the user to determine whether laws in the user’s jurisdiction will best be conformed with by directly using ZCASH and CHIPS in transactions or whether LHP should be introduced; a user’s attorney should be consulted before engaging in business with ZCASH and CHIPS or with LHP.

In the event a user decides to use LHP, the selected LHP may be acquired as indicated herein below.

LHP is not something that someone should be expected to just “buy”.   Rather, LHP products are expected to be used to make superb business offerings, involving the LHP as product and ZCASH and CHIPS as currencies that may be used to formulate customized solutions.

Thus, each type of LHP listed herein includes a business structure that is expected to be followed.

As diverse structures are formulated, new LHP offerings may be listed.

When a MEMBER of the INTERNET CATALOGUE CLUB acquires LHP, the THETA SPONSOR of that MEMBER will be allowed to exchange ZCASH, equal in value to 25% of the value of the LHP acquired, to USD bank deposit funds, by submitting a request to and obtaining approval from a CENTER.
